What is the difference between DC argon arc welding and pulsed argon arc welding?

1. DC argon arc welding
That is, under the DC positive polarity connection method, argon gas is used as the shielding gas, and the arc between the electrode and the weldment is heated under the certain conditions (welding current), the molten base material is heated and melted, and the filler wire is melted together into the molten pool, and the cooling composition is formed. Weld seam.
DC argon arc welding machine: an arc welding machine that uses a tungsten non-melting electrode and an argon gas to protect the welding pool.

2, pulsed argon arc welding
It is a argon arc welding that uses a welding power source to output an uneven current with a regular change to the arc, that is, an ionization channel that maintains the main arc by using a continuous, uninterrupted base current (also called a radial arc current), and periodically applies one. The pulsed arc with the same polarity and high peak pulse current is used to melt the metal and control the transition of the droplet to achieve the purpose of welding.
Pulse argon arc welding machine: the tungsten non-melting electrode is used, the argon gas protects the welding pool, and the welding current has a welding machine with alternating base and peak currents during the welding process.
